The ideal candidate should bring <strong data-end="374" data-start="347">15+ years of experience</strong> in originating, structuring, and executing debt transactions across sectors. This is a leadership role requiring strong relationships with corporates, institutional investors, and regulators. Responsibilities include driving bond placements (public & private), managing issuer and investor relationships, mentoring a high-performance team, and contributing to strategic initiatives. The candidate must have a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory frameworks (SEBI, RBI), and credit assessment. Exposure to structured finance and innovative products will be a plus. Compensation is in the range of <strong data-end="996" data-start="982">₹65–70 LPA</strong>, depending on experience and fit.
