Job Summary

The Solution Architect - JAVA will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient architecture solutions, focusing on fintech applications, particularly within the cards domain. This role plays a crucial part in the organization by leveraging extensive experience to ensure robust system architecture, aligning technology implementation with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture solutions using Microservices, Cloud-native, and Event-driven patterns tailored for fintech applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust APIs and ensure integration across platforms.
• Lead the architecture design for modern card platforms, showcasing expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams, ensuring best practices in DevSecOps and software development methodologies.
• Conduct thorough analysis and design of solution architecture to meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions covering application, infrastructure, data, and security aspects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in software development, with at least 5 years in a Solution Architect or Product Architect role within the Fintech industry.
• Extensive experience in the Cards domain and designing solutions that leverage cloud-native and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus, REST, and Postgres or any RDBMS.
• Knowledge of Banking Industry Frameworks such as BIAN, Open Banking, and ISO20022.
• Experienced in the TOGAF certification or cloud architecture certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred.
• Hands-on coding experience rather than purely business analysis roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VisionPlus or FirstVision platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) solutions.
• Familiarity with Scalable Web Architectures and Serverless computing.

Experience

• A minimum of 15+ years in relevant technical areas with a strong background in Solution Architecture within BFSI or Fintech environments.

Environment

• Locations available: Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune.
• Candidates should be available for immediate joining to 15 days notice period.
