Job Summary

The Procurement Associate plays a critical role in managing vendor relationships, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role supports manufacturing and assembly processes by ensuring the timely sourcing and delivery of materials and equipment while maintaining regulatory compliance. Immediate employment is expected, with applications accepted through 2025-07-04. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, specifically within an Aerospace company.

Responsibilities

• Vendor and Supplier Management
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure cost-effective, timely procurement of vital components.
• Factory Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day factory operations to ensure seamless manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Implement and monitor workflows for optimal efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
• Procurement Operations
  • Source, purchase, and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment required for production.
  • Ensure all procurement activities meet project timelines and budget constraints.
• Payments and Regulatory Compliance
  • Process vendor payments and invoicing in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to maintain accurate documentation and seamless payment processes.
• Operational Issue Resolution
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges by developing effective solutions.
  • Continuously refine procurement processes to support the dynamic needs of a growing startup.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management.
  • Prior work experience in an Aerospace company is highly desirable.

• Educational Qualifications

• Experience in high-tech or aerospace manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and related tools.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management, preferably with a background in the aerospace industry.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹500,000 - ₹600,000 per annum.
