Cloud Migration Consultant – (AWS to Azure)

Job Summary

The Cloud Migration Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and distribution process for licenses of tools such as Copilot, Mural, and Salesforce on a global scale for the entire organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that the organization effectively manages its cloud resources and tools during the migration process from AWS to Azure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement process for cloud tool licenses, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Manage the distribution of licenses globally, coordinating with various departments to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with IT and project management teams to facilitate a smooth migration from AWS to Azure.
• Monitor and report on the usage of cloud tools to optimize resource allocation and cost management.
• Provide training and support to staff on the effective use of cloud tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Experience with procurement processes and license management for software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Copilot, Mural, and Salesforce is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience in project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT governance and compliance standards.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cloud migration or related fields.
• Proven experience in managing software licenses and procurement processes.

Environment

• Work setting is in-office, with locations available in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Pune.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹3,000,000 per annum.
