Data Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Cloud Consultant with practical experience in data cloud features, including data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation. This role is essential for enhancing our data-driven marketing efforts and improving customer lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data ingestion strategies for 1st and 3rd-party sources, including web, CRM, mobile apps, and media platforms.
• Develop and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Calculated Insights within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data mapping, identity stitching, and segment activation flow.
• Create and implement Calculated Insights to derive metrics for personalization and segmentation efforts.
• Understand customer lifecycle and journey orchestration to utilize unified profiles for enhancing marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in data cloud technologies.
• Certifications: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification (preferable).
• Skills: Strong understanding of Data Streams, DMOs, and Calculated Insights within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with: Privacy frameworks such as HIPAA (preferable, not mandatory).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently across various data models.
• Experience in designing solutions for data-driven marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Pharma industry experience or familiarity with relevant privacy frameworks.
• Additional certifications or training in data management or cloud technologies.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data cloud technologies and solutions implementation.

Environment

• Location: Pune / Bangalore / Gurgaon.
• Work Mode: Hybrid.
• Shift: US shift (8 PM to 4 AM).
