Location  Mumbai (Has to report to office) Team  Business Finance Desired Qualifications  Minimum Graduation required  CA / MBA preferable Main Responsibilities  P&L ownership along with business stakeholders to drive profitability metrics  Identify key business metrics for continuous tracking and improvement; Highlight trends and causes of variance  Management reporting – Create meaningful reports & presentations pertaining to provide actionable insights  Drive cross functional initiatives to achieve targeted cost and revenue metrics  Identify gaps in current processes and set new processes to fix such gaps; hand hold relevant stakeholders to adopt the process as a part of BAU  Perform ad-hoc analysis as per business requirement  Leverage analytics to provide business insights Skills  Advanced knowledge of tools like MS Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint)  SQL knowledge will be an added advantage  Analytical skills and good aptitude  Comprehend business levers  Good Communication Skills  Business process management or workflow management tool experience  Ability to drive cross-functional teams and run projects Personal Attributes  Focused individual, self-driven, display high ownership  Good communication and presentation skills  Ability to drive requirements and achieve objectives  Ability to discuss and debate on logical points with seniors without hesitation Language Skills  English – Good Experience  Prior experience (1-5yrs) in Business Finance / FP&A/Investor relations will be an added advantage (preferably in startups)  Experience in understanding P&L and measures required to drive revenue/cost
