Key Account Manager – Contract Manufacturing (Cosmetics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients in cosmetics contract manufacturing
• Act as the main point of contact between client and internal teams
• Handle end-to-end project coordination (from order to delivery)
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution
• Work closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams
• Monitor order status, timelines, and quality standards
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues quickly
