AI Innovation Expert

Job Summary

The AI Innovation Expert will lead the development of advanced Knowledge Models and Product Co-Pilots using Agentic AI frameworks. This role focuses on building domain-specific knowledge models and creating AI applications that emulate system experts, domain experts, and technology architects. The expert will collaborate with a team to integrate AI-driven co-pilots across various engineering disciplines, leveraging multi-modal AI capabilities including speech, vision, and text, with a focus on NLP and Indian languages. This position is critical to advancing AI innovation within the organization’s engineering and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop Knowledge Models and Product Co-Pilots utilizing Agentic AI frameworks tailored to specific domains and Bosch/BGSW technologies.
• Design and implement Agentic AI applications that replicate the expertise of system experts, domain experts, technology architects, and designers.
• Create and fine-tune Small Language Models focused on specialized knowledge areas.
• Collaborate with AI experts to build Product Co-Pilots for System Engineering, Electronics Design, and Mechanical Design.
• Integrate AI co-pilots with in-house Midas Software co-pilots.
• Work with multi-modal AI technologies encompassing speech, vision, and text, including NLP integration and support for Indian languages.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expert certifications in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Technology, Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI Architecting.
• Strong expertise in AI architecture development, GenAI LLM knowledge model architecting, data model and library creation, and co-pilot architecting.
• Proven ability to build contextual AI models and knowledge models.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML and deep tech applications, particularly in engineering co-pilots.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced skills in Agentic AI frameworks and multi-modal AI integration.
• Experience with NLP and Indian language processing.
• Familiarity with Bosch/BGSW domain technologies.
• Strong collaboration skills within AI expert teams.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Generative AI-based LLM knowledge model development.
• Over 10 years of experience in AI/ML programs.
• 10-12+ years as an AI architect specializing in data modeling, knowledge models, contextual AI model building, and deep tech application architecting, including engineering co-pilots.

Salary

• Annual salary: ₹2,000,000 INR.
