<div>The Role<br /> We are seeking a talented and driven Analyst &ndash; Operations to contribute to our dynamic team. In<br /> this role, you will work across the fund&rsquo;s portfolio companies to achieve strategic objectives and<br /> maximize shareholder value throughout the investment lifecycle<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br />  Develop and help implement strategies for portfolio companies to increase revenue,<br /> improve operations, strengthen financial controls<br />  Become a through partner to the portfolio company management<br />  Solve business problems with a structured approach<br />  Translate focus areas for a business into detailed actions plans<br />  Project management of various workstreams and track delivery of work against actions plans<br /> and KPIs<br />  Manage change within portfolio companies across levels<br />  Analyse company performance across variety of financial and operational parameters,<br /> report challenges and suggest changes<br />  Engage in industry and company research including financial functioning, operations<br /> benchmarking<br />  Interpret company accounts, profit and loss sheets and cash flow information, models<br />  Write business performance summaries<br />  Understand industry dynamics and positioning of the investee company within its peer<br /> group</div> <div>Experience, Skills, Qualification<br /> To be successful in this role, the incumbent needs to have &ndash;<br />  Ability to understand business and identify focus areas/insights<br />  Inter-personal skills &ndash; requires engagement across the organization. Relationship building with<br /> company promoters, management (across levels)<br />  Ability to multi-task across assignments and tasks<br />  Excellent written and spoken communication<br />  Presentation skills<br />  Analytical capability, including excel and tools<br />  Query handling capability, Research skills, Good listening skills, Good in quantitative analysis, Eye<br /> to detail<br />  Project management &ndash; program management various company wide initiatives<br /> Desired Profile:<br />  1-2 of years of experience in consulting role / CEOs office / PMO for large corporate group<br />  Undergraduate / MBA degree from premier institutes<br /> Office Location: Mumbai<br /> Reports into: Senior VP - Operations</div>
