Job Description

You will own end to end staffing with full stack sourcing across funnels — Job boards including but not limited to LinkedIn, Naukri etc., Hiring consultants, Referrals and deep networks to find high-agency talent suitable to the role needs. ● You conduct the first high-signal screenings. You don't just check boxes; you assess for "Aramya Fit" ● You own the recruitment dashboard for all the roles you drive. Data is your compass—you track conversion ratios and time-to-hire with military precision. ● You manage the candidate experience from the first conversation to the joining date ensuring zero drop-outs. Ideal Candidate Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● 3-6 years of experience in non-IT corporate hiring. Prior experience in start-up/retail/fashion/D2C is preferable. ● Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and local job boards. ● Super organized, proactive, and driven - you don’t wait to be told what to do. ● Ready to wear multiple hats and build from the ground up.
