Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Sales Leader to lead our enterprise and B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in cybersecurity sales, solution consulting, and client relationship management while maintaining a strong network across industries. This role is vital for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in Cyber Security solutions & services (e.g., VAPT, SOC, GRC, Cyber Insurance, Data Privacy, compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk Managers, and other decision-makers across industries.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, consultative selling, solution mapping, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present customized security solutions to clients.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, compliance requirements, and market trends to effectively position our offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client workshops.
- Build and mentor a sales team (if applicable) to scale business operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B/Enterprise Sales experience with at least 4 years in Cyber Security or IT Security domain.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity services and solutions (SOC, SIEM, VAPT, GRC, Threat Intelligence, Compliance frameworks, Cloud Security, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Established network of senior-level contacts in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, and other sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical security concepts into business value propositions.
- Experience in working with channel partners, OEMs, and technology alliances is a plus.
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing/IT (preferred).
