Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Specialist to join our remote-first team. This role is essential for identifying, engaging, and converting prospective founders and CXOs into discovery calls while nurturing them through the sales funnel. As a hardcore sales role, it focuses on outbound lead generation and client acquisition.
Responsibilities

Daily Actions
- Send 50+ outbound messages (emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn DM/InMails) to targeted leads.
- Make 25+ cold calls to qualified prospects.
- Engage with 10+ new LinkedIn connections and initiate hiring conversations.
- Maintain CRM and Excel trackers with lead activity updates.
- Schedule and confirm discovery calls with interested prospects.

Weekly Actions
- Book 7 discovery calls per week with startup founders or CXOs (28 per month).
- Attend daily team sync-up meetings for performance review and pitch refinement.
- Report weekly outreach data, call conversion ratios, and funnel status.
- Organize or support at least 1 virtual webinar or pitch session per month.

Monthly Targets
- Discovery Calls: 28 qualified appointments/month for EOR/Staff Augmentation requirements.
- Client Conversion: Minimum 10 client on-boardings/month post the Discovery Calls.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment or talent sales for US/UK/Canada/Europe markets.
- Strong knowledge of EOR, staff augmentation, and remote hiring models.
- Experience working with HR/recruitment agencies and US-based clients.
- Solid experience with outbound sales, including cold email campaigns, calls, and social outreach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Premium, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and resilient sales performer.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-ticket recruitment and international sales.
- Knowledge of additional sales tools and platforms.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the recruitment sector.
Environment
- Location: Remote (Bangalore based).
- Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST.
- Working Days: Monday - Saturday.
- In-person meetings on Monday at Bhartiya City, Thanisandra, Bangalore.
Salary
- Base Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (in-hand).
- Incentives: ₹2000 per successful discovery/appointment setting onboarding call (Uncapped).
