Intern - Inside Sales
Job Summary
The Intern - Inside Sales will play a key role in supporting the sales team by identifying potential leads, conducting outreach, and assisting with the sales process. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development, and who are eager to learn the fundamentals of inside sales within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation through research and outreach via phone, email, and social media.
- Support the sales team with client follow-ups and maintaining customer databases.
- Participate in sales presentations and meetings as needed.
- Help prepare sales materials and proposals.
- Record and track sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Previous internship or project experience in sales or marketing.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience
- Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers are welcome)
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Salary
- ₹60,000 - ₹1,20,000 per annum
