Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement complex cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will own the architecture and design of solution components, ensure system accuracy, and oversee performance and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software components for SFMC implementations.
• Lead strategy and architecture discussions, advising clients on design options.
• Manage customer communication campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and Cloud Pages.
• Identify and resolve client data feed issues proactively.
• Stay updated on industry technology innovations and best practices.
• Act as a consultant and technical expert for SFMC solutions.
• Ensure business requirements align with SFMC standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JAVA, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AMPScript, SSJS, and SQL.
• Experience in SFMC templates, journeys, and automation.
• Expertise in SFMC platforms (e.g., Audience Studio, Datorama, Interaction Studio).
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel data flow and process implementation.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations, particularly Salesforce.
• SFMC Email Specialist/Consultant/Developer/Administrator certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Educational Requirement: Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

• Minimum of 9+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Significant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies.
