From SDE 1s to Principal Engineers, Product Owners to Program Managers, and UX Researchers to Design Leads — you will be at the forefront of shaping our high-performing, mission-driven team. This is a strategic, high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder partnership and talent mapping across India’s top product ecosystems.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> • Own end-to-end hiring across functions:<br /> o Engineering Roles:<br />  Backend Engineers (Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Kafka, Python)<br />  Frontend Engineers (React, React Native)<br />  Android (Kotlin)<br />  Quality Engineers / SDET<br />  Principal Engineers, Architects<br />  SDE I & SDE II<br />  Engineering Managers<br /> o Product & Program Roles:<br />  Product Owners (B2C & B2B)<br />  Program Managers<br /> o Design & Research Roles:<br />  Product Designers<br />  UX Researchers<br /> • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, Engineering/Product/Design leadership, and the Founders<br /> • Build and execute strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and community outreach<br /> • Create talent pipelines for critical leadership and niche tech roles<br /> • Drive recruitment campaigns, job branding, and candidate experience initiatives<br /> • Build strong interview processes and collaborate with TA Ops/ATS teams<br /> • Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on market intelligence and talent trends<br /> What We're Looking For<br /> • 2–5 years of experience in tech/product/design hiring, ideally with exposure to fast-growing B2C or product-led startups<br /> • Strong hands-on experience hiring across full-stack engineering, data science, design, product, and leadership roles<br /> • Deep understanding of technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, Python, React, React Native, Kotlin<br /> • Demonstrated success in executive hiring (Architects, Principal Engineers, EMs, VPs)<br /> • Ability to build scalable pipelines in a fast-paced environment<br /> • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling ability<br /> • Passion for food, tech, and solving hiring challenges creatively<br /> Why Join WOW Eats!<br /> • Work on building India’s next big food-tech ecosystem<br /> • Be part of a high-growth team with massive scale and impact<br /> • Opportunity to define the talent DNA of WOW Eats!<br /> • Work alongside passionate leaders from top tech companies<br /> • Vibrant, inclusive culture with real room for innovation and experimentation
