Job Summary
The Oracle Fusion SaaS Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (SaaS), which includes HCM, Financials, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain modules. This role is critical in ensuring system stability, managing environment updates, user access/security, and serving as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders for all SaaS administration tasks.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (SaaS).
- Ensure system stability and manage environment updates.
- Oversee user access/security and role-based access control within the Oracle SaaS security model.
- Coordinate with Oracle for SR management and troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
- Configure and manage OAuth2 security keys and client credentials within the OCI Console.
- Maintain and monitor Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation settings from the OCI Console.
- Configure cloud printers in OCI and manage document printing associated with Fusion ERP or SCM.
- Set up notification services, monitor alerts, and manage OCI Logging/Monitoring for SaaS integration layers.
- Coordinate with Oracle for OCI-level networking configurations such as allow-lists and gateway policies.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years of administration experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) applications.
- Oracle Fusion Modules: Experience with at least one or more modules: HCM, Financials, Procurement, Projects, or SCM.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS security model (role-based access control).
- Proficiency with ADFdi, HDL, BIP, Smart View, OTBI, and FSM.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues and coordinate with Oracle for resolution.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with configuring cloud printers in OCI.
Experience
3–7 years of experience in administering Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) applications.
