Job Title: Multidisciplinary Designer – Experiential, Product & Spatial (Sustainability Focus) Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 4-6 Years We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Multidisciplinary Designer with expertise across experimental design, product development, experiential design, and spatial design. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability, thinks across scales and mediums, and is excited to create impactful, environmentally conscious experiences and artifacts. This role demands cross disciplinary fluency, systems thinking, hands-on making, and a proactive, collaborative spirit. You will be working directly with the founder Mallika Reddy and leading implementation across a number of projects. Key Responsibilities • Conceptualize and Design: Develop and deliver ideas for immersive experiences, sustainable products, and eco-conscious spatial environments. • Sustainability Integration: Embed sustainable design principles into every stage — material selection, manufacturing methods, lifecycle analysis, and end-of-life planning. • Project Development: Lead projects from ideation through to prototyping, testing, and execution across multiple scales (product, installation, spatial experience, packaging design). • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with designers, architects, engineers, fabricators, brand strategists, and environmental consultants to ensure cohesive and responsible design outcomes. • Material Innovation: Research and apply innovative sustainable materials and processes to physical outputs. • Storytelling and Presentation: Communicate ideas compellingly through sketches, renders, models, decks, and physical prototypes. • Trend Awareness: Stay current with trends in sustainable innovation, experiential technologies, circular design, and eco-conscious consumer behaviour. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects across disciplines with a clear sustainability narrative. • Deep understanding of sustainable design principles, materials, and processes. • Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, KeyShot, V-Ray). • Experience with prototyping, fabrication techniques, and material experimentation. • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently or within diverse teams. • A systems thinker mindset — connecting environmental, social, and economic impacts. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Spatial Design, or a related field. Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience across experiential, product, or spatial design (preferably with sustainability-oriented projects).
