Job Summary

The City Head will play a crucial role in driving market expansion and managing the overall city portfolio for ParkSmart. This position is focused on building partnerships, expanding adoption of smart parking solutions, and managing city-level growth operations to contribute to the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Expand ParkSmart’s presence across assigned cities.
• Build and manage city-level business operations.
• Drive partnerships and commercial growth opportunities.
• Identify and target relevant businesses and ecosystem partners.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across commercial and infrastructure sectors.
• Work closely with automation and real estate-linked businesses.
• Drive on-ground business development and execution.
• Manage the entire city portfolio independently.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, operations management, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of the commercial and infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation and partnership-building abilities.
• Ability to independently manage operations and drive business growth at the city level.
• Proficiency with automation technologies and real estate management.
