Job Description – Performance Marketing Lead, Superyou - Online Revenue Channels (Marketplaces, Quick Commerce et al.)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Lead to lead and optimize performance marketing activations across
online sales channels, including e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket etc.) and quick commerce platforms
(Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, proven experience in performance marketing, and the ability to drive
measurable business outcomes through data-led decision-making. This is currently an Individual Contributor role with a future
scope of a dedicated team basis the evolution of role and business.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Media & Ads Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (sponsored ads, display ads, keyword ads, DSP, category activations,
events and deal placements) across online e-commerce platforms.
Build and maintain keyword portfolios; manage bids, negatives, day-parting, geo/city splits basis organization priorities.
Allocate spend across search vs. display, balancing efficiency (ROAS, CTR, Viewability etc) with scale and reach.
Own weekly/monthly/quarterly performance plans, budgets, and forecasts by city, category, and SKU.
Partner with category and platform managers on deals, brand days, and new initiatives.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Build dashboards for weekly business reviews
Share-of-search (SOS), Share-of-voice (SOV), and category benchmarks.
Run A/B tests on creatives, placements, and targeting strategies.
Provide actionable insights for budget reallocation and campaign scaling.
Collaboration
Negotiate platform media packages and manage relationships with marketplace/quick commerce teams.
Internally collaborate with sales, brand marketing teams on weekly/monthly priorities and end to end campaign
execution
Preferred Qualification
2-3 years hands-on experience in performance marketing on quick-commerce and ecommerce platforms
(Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart/BigBasket/Amazon/Flipkart etc.)
Hands-on expertise with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart ad dashboards
Proven track record of managing multi-crore ad spends efficiently
Strong command of keyword bidding, portfolio management, and campaign optimization
Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, Nutrition, or Consumer Goods preferred
Solid grasp of e-commerce math - margin levers, promotion math, CM1/CM2, ROAS, etc.
