Job Description – Performance Marketing Lead, Superyou - Online Revenue Channels (Marketplaces, Quick Commerce et al.)<br /> About the Role<br /> We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Lead to lead and optimize performance marketing activations across<br /> online sales channels, including e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket etc.) and quick commerce platforms<br /> (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).<br /> The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, proven experience in performance marketing, and the ability to drive<br /> measurable business outcomes through data-led decision-making. This is currently an Individual Contributor role with a future<br /> scope of a dedicated team basis the evolution of role and business.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> Performance Media & Ads Execution<br /> Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (sponsored ads, display ads, keyword ads, DSP, category activations,<br /> events and deal placements) across online e-commerce platforms.<br /> Build and maintain keyword portfolios; manage bids, negatives, day-parting, geo/city splits basis organization priorities.<br /> Allocate spend across search vs. display, balancing efficiency (ROAS, CTR, Viewability etc) with scale and reach.<br /> Own weekly/monthly/quarterly performance plans, budgets, and forecasts by city, category, and SKU.<br /> Partner with category and platform managers on deals, brand days, and new initiatives.<br /> Analytics & Performance Tracking<br /> Build dashboards for weekly business reviews<br /> Share-of-search (SOS), Share-of-voice (SOV), and category benchmarks.<br /> Run A/B tests on creatives, placements, and targeting strategies.<br /> Provide actionable insights for budget reallocation and campaign scaling.<br /> Collaboration<br /> Negotiate platform media packages and manage relationships with marketplace/quick commerce teams.<br /> Internally collaborate with sales, brand marketing teams on weekly/monthly priorities and end to end campaign<br /> execution<br /> Preferred Qualification<br /> 2-3 years hands-on experience in performance marketing on quick-commerce and ecommerce platforms<br /> (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart/BigBasket/Amazon/Flipkart etc.)<br /> Hands-on expertise with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart ad dashboards<br /> Proven track record of managing multi-crore ad spends efficiently<br /> Strong command of keyword bidding, portfolio management, and campaign optimization<br /> Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, Nutrition, or Consumer Goods preferred<br /> Solid grasp of e-commerce math - margin levers, promotion math, CM1/CM2, ROAS, etc.<br /> What We Offer<br /> A chance to be a part of a brand’s 0 to 1 to 100 journey by having a high-impact role in one of the fast-growing, new-age,<br /> organisation.<br /> Autonomy to shape strategy, execute at scale, and own outcomes.<br /> Competitive compensation.
