Job Summary

The Manager – Business Process Excellence & Automation is responsible for enhancing organizational operations by analyzing existing business processes, redesigning them for better efficiency, and enabling automation through technological solutions. Responsibilities

• Map and document end-to-end business processes across various functions.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and control gaps within current processes.

• Collaborate with business teams and IT to implement automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–10 years in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Business Transformation.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in process mapping and redesign techniques.
  • Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or workflow automation projects.
  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured thinking approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees (like an MBA) may be preferred.
