IGP
- Looking for CC head ( AVP)
- Take care of customer care,prefer some one who has not just done basic ops but automation,measure CSAT
- Manage 100 agents,look at seasonal hiring, currently hire interns to manage the surge hence needs to automate this
- 30-40 Lacs
- Hired someone 6 months ago but couldn't manage work.
- Get someone whos managed contact centres
- Target org around 500 cr company
- Mumbai,Andheri
- 6 days week
- Reports to COO,Ankur Gupta
- 40 lacs all fixed,
