The ideal candidate should be:

Well-versed in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and multi-platform talent mapping.
Proficient with AI-based sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ChatGPT for enhancing productivity and candidate engagement.
Experienced in end-to-end screening, from initial candidate evaluation to conducting in-depth technical and behavioral assessments.
Strong in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, understand business requirements, and provide timely updates.
