What the role entails :

1. MF Operations covering asset side and client side operations and fund accounting 
2. PMS Operations covering asset side and client side operations
3. AIF Operations covering asset side and client side operations.
4. Driving initiatives to foster operational excellence, exponentially enhance client experience,  implement regulatory and business need-led changes.
5. Risk Management, Oversight and Controls across functions handled.
6. Audits & Assurances
7. Management and Board reporting.

Reporting to : COO

Expectations from the Candidate :

Qualification : Professionally qualified (CA, CFA, CMA, CS) or MBA in Finance / Operations from a reputed B-School.

Experience : At least 15 years relevant and current industry experience with aptitude and energy to collaborate with stakeholders for the next phase of growth of the business.
