Job Summary

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will oversee all aspects of human resources management and organizational development at Zepto. • Proven experience in organizational development, HR strategy, and change management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR technologies and data analysis to drive decision-making.
