Job Summary

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will oversee all aspects of human resources management and organizational development at Zepto. Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in organizational development, HR strategy, and change management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR technologies and data analysis to drive decision-making.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing HR functions in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective training and development programs.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations specific to India.
