Position Overview:<br />
We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer responsible for creating impactful, end-to-end<br />
content solutions that meet organizational learning goals. This role will involve designing,<br />
developing, and refining training materials that are interactive, accessible, and aligned with our<br />
corporate objectives, fostering continuous development across the organization</div>
<div>Key Responsibilities:<br />
1. Content Development and Design<br />
* Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including online<br />
courses, videos, simulations, and assessments.<br />
* Translate complex concepts into clear, structured content aligned with employee<br />
learning goals.<br />
2. Learning Needs Analysis<br />
* Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify training needs and assess the<br />
effectiveness of current learning materials.<br />
* Perform gap analysis to determine content needs based on organizational goals.<br />
3. Instructional Methodology Application<br />
* Apply instructional design principles, such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy, to ensure<br />
high-quality content development.<br />
* Incorporate multimedia elements and adult learning principles to enhance engagement<br />
4. Content Quality and Evaluation<br />
* Review and update existing learning materials to maintain relevance and accuracy.<br />
* Conduct pilot tests and incorporate feedback to ensure content effectiveness.<br />
5. Technology and Tool Utilization<br />
* Utilize e-learning development tools and software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) to<br />
create interactive digital training experiences.<br />
* Stay current with emerging content development tools and integrate them into training<br />
programs as needed<br />
6. Data-Driven Improvement<br />
* Use analytics to evaluate content performance, adjust content strategies based on<br />
feedback, and track progress towards training objectives.<br />
Qualifications:<br />
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, or a related field.<br />
* 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development<br />
* Certification in Instructional Design or E-learning (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is preferred.<br />
Skillset Requirement:<br />
* Proficient in learning theories, instructional design models<br />
* Experienced with e-learning development software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe<br />
Captivate) and multimedia tools.<br />
* Skilled at using data analytics to assess content impact and make adjustments.<br />
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</div>
