Job Description
● Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions to address client concerns<br /> ● Negotiating and closing enterprise deals<br /> ● Providing ongoing account assistance to ensure client satisfaction and<br /> retention<br /> ● Attending industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends, network with prospective clients to generate leads<br /> ● Ensure constant communication with clients to upsell other products and services that complement our core oerings<br /> ● Continuously monitor and research on the competition and other players in the global market to develop a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive oerings<br /> ● Collaborating with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes<br /> ● Regularly updating sales and marketing materials with the latest market insights and competitive intelligence to eectively communicate the value proposition of our financial wellness solutions<br /> What we’re looking for<br /> ● 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, private banking, wealth advisory, Fintech Startups or similar domains<br /> ● Proven track record of independently engaging, pursuing leads and closing large deals with CXO’s and other key stakeholders<br /> ● Strong understanding of financial products and industry trends<br /> <br /> ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders<br /> ● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and pain points in employee wellness programs<br /> ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment<br /> ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, or a related field
