EUC Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Workplace/EUC Specialist/Architect to join our team and lead infrastructure transformation projects focused on Windows 11 rollouts and upgrades at scale. This role supports the delivery of end-user computing (EUC) projects across a diverse range of customers and industries, ensuring seamless implementation and exceptional outcomes. The ideal candidate will contribute to defining standards, processes, and tooling for EUC transformation projects while engaging with customers to design tailored solutions for their evolving workplace needs. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to customer sites or offices.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Delivery:

  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions for Windows 11 rollout and upgrade projects, including detailed planning, execution, and readiness assessments covering hardware and application compatibility as well as user impact analysis.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and efficient EUC solutions using modern device management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, and Windows Autopilot.
  • Optimize the user experience through the implementation of Group Policy, Windows Hello, BitLocker, and other modern management techniques.

• Customer Engagement:

  • Collaborate with customers to assess workplace needs by providing expert advice on migration strategies and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, communicating the benefits, drawbacks, and potential pitfalls of various migration options.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and successful project outcomes.

• Project Management:

  • Lead EUC transformation projects by managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with Programme Managers, Technical Architects, SMEs, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed standards and quality.
  • Create and document templated project processes for consistent, repeatable delivery of Windows 11 migrations.

• Knowledge Sharing and Standards Development:

  • Contribute to the development of standards, processes, and tooling for EUC transformation projects.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to customers' IT teams, enabling effective management of the new environment post-rollout.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering EUC transformation projects, particularly those involving Windows operating system rollouts or upgrades (Windows 10/11).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 architecture, features, and deployment methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with modern device management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, and Windows Autopilot.
• Expertise in scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar tools.
• In-depth understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Experience managing security and compliance requirements, including BitLocker, Conditional Access, and Windows Hello.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure across both cloud platforms and on-premises environments, including networks, security, and project delivery practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware Horizon, or Citrix.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-100 Windows Client and MD-101 Managing Modern Desktops).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2.

Experience

• 12+ years of relevant experience in EUC transformation and Windows operating system rollout/upgrade projects.

Environment

• Location: Based in Any Hexaware location.
• Work Setting: Full-time hybrid role with a mix of remote work and occasional on-site travel to customer offices as required.
• Industry Focus: Diverse customer and industry exposure ensuring dynamic work experiences.

Salary
