Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and development.
- Develop and communicate the creative vision and strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.
- Oversee the conceptualization, design, and production of creative assets across various mediums, including digital, print, video, and experiential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and translate them into effective creative solutions.
- Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and final deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative design and marketing, and incorporate them into creative strategies and initiatives.
- Manage creative projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the creative team.
- Evaluate the performance of creative team members, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for training and development.
- Represent the creative team in meetings, presentations, and discussions with senior leadership, clients, and external partners, advocating for the importance of creativity in achieving business objectives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in a creative leadership role, managing a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various mediums, demonstrating creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking.

In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate creative concepts to stakeholders.
