continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Group Director - Marketing Lead to<br />
drive our brand strategy, corporate communications, and public relations initiatives.<br />
Role Overview<br />
The Group Marketing Lead will be responsible for shaping and executing RMZ’s marketing strategy to<br />
enhance brand presence, corporate positioning, and stakeholder engagement. This role will drive<br />
brand growth, corporate communications, PR, and marketing alliances while positioning RMZ as a<br />
leader in the real estate and alternative asset space.<br />
Key Responsibilities<br />
Corporate Branding & Growth Strategy<br />
• Define RMZ Corp’s corporate brand philosophy in consultation with Senior Management.<br />
• Drive branding and advertising initiatives across regions after in-depth analysis of the<br />
geographic, demographic, and psychographic aspects of each target market.<br />
• Act as a growth driver, building a brand strategy to increase visibility and drive business<br />
across all platforms.<br />
• Identify market opportunities and develop data-driven brand growth strategies.<br />
Public Relations & Media Strategy<br />
• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy.<br />
• Manage all media relationships and oversee PR communications to the press.<br />
• Monitor branding and promotional activities of key competitors and maintain a database of<br />
market trends.<br />
• Identify and leverage global best practices in media technologies and corporate branding.<br />
Corporate Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement<br />
• Formulate and implement corporate policies on key account management, project<br />
marketing, advertising, and promotions.<br />
• Drive effective and timely communication of new initiatives, projects, and milestones to key<br />
stakeholders.<br />
• Develop project marketing and promotion strategies, identifying key media opportunities.<br />
• Ensure RMZ maintains a consistent, compelling brand message across internal and external<br />
platforms.</div>
<div>Digital & Data-Driven Marketing<br />
• Set and achieve strategic goals related to social media metrics, digital campaigns, and overall<br />
brand engagement.<br />
• Create real-time analytics dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.<br />
• Explore AI, PropTech, and automation tools to enhance customer engagement and brand<br />
performance.<br />
Corporate Affairs & Cost Optimization<br />
• Strengthen RMZ’s presence in industry bodies, investor forums, and global real estate<br />
summits.<br />
• Develop internal and external corporate communication materials.<br />
• Lead negotiations with media agencies and service providers to drive cost efficiencies.<br />
• Enhance RMZ’s brand valuation through structured branding and communication strategies.</div>
<div>Ideal Candidate Profile<br />
• 12+ years of leadership experience in corporate communications, branding, and PR,<br />
preferably in real estate, private equity, or financial services.<br />
• Proven track record in managing high-impact global campaigns and strategic marketing<br />
initiatives.<br />
• Strong media network and experience working with top-tier publications<br />
• Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and storytelling to drive impactful campaigns.<br />
• Experience in corporate affairs, investor communication, and regulatory stakeholder<br />
management.<br />
• Prior experience in Blackstone, Brookfield, or similar firms is highly preferred.</div>
