You will work on:
• Lead and drive the end-to-end UX design process for B2B enterprise web and
mobile applications, delivering exceptional user-centric solutions.
• Gather business insights to define business goals and product positioning to
create the value proposition for projects' success factors.
• Define UX metrics and determine ROI for clients, ensuring the measurable
success of the designed solutions.
• Conduct user research, gather requirements, and analyse user needs to
inform the design strategy and approach.
• Create design documentation, including user personas, user flows,
wireframes, and interactive prototypes, effectively communicating design
concepts and interaction patterns.
• Develop mockups and conceptual design models, translating business
requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including visual designers,
developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution and
successful project delivery.
• Manage stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, by conducting
stakeholder design workshops, presenting design concepts, gathering
feedback, and incorporating input into the design process.
• Conduct user testing activities to validate design decisions and iterate based
on user feedback.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of
continuous learning and growth within the team.

• Proven experience as a Lead UX Designer, specialising in B2B enterprise
design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects in the B2B enterprise
space, highlighting design documentation, mockup creation, and
conceptual design models.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or
similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, information
architecture, and interaction design for enterprise applications.
• Expertise in user testing activities and incorporating user feedback into the
design process.
• Experience in facilitating stakeholder design workshops to gather insights
and align on project goals.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including presenting design
concepts and managing feedback effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior
designers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and
meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a
related field (Master's degree preferred).
