OVERVIEW & PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Decision Pinnacle is looking for a Senior Video Editor/Motion Designer with 3-4 years of prior experience in video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling for an immediate full-time position. The role will involve understanding client/project requirements, crafting high-quality video and motion content in collaboration with the team, and delivering them in a timely manner. At Decision Pinnacle, we prioritize bold and innovative ideas, pushing beyond traditional client briefs to produce impactful visual content that aligns with a larger marketing strategy. We’re looking for passionate individuals who challenge conventions and deliver dynamic, engaging visuals that resonate with audiences.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in film, multimedia, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro

• Expertise in motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus.

• Basic understanding of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.

• Interest in AI-assisted video editing, generative design, and innovative visual storytelling techniques is appreciated.

• Strong grasp of editing techniques, color grading, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
