Roles and Responsibilities:
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM):
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and customizing solutions using AEM, including creating and managing templates, components, workflows, and integrations.  Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AEM developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and solution alignment with business goals.  Mentoring & Coaching: Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and skill development.  AEM architecture and best practices: Understanding of AEM architecture and best practices, including content modeling, sling models, OSGi bundles, and AEM deployment models.  AEM customization and extension: Ability to customize and extend AEM functionalities using AEM APIs, OSGi services, and other AEM extension points.  AEM schemas and Metadata ACLs for permissions.  Front-end development skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to create responsive web designs and implement user interfaces in AEM.  Java development experience: Strong knowledge of Java programming language and experience in building AEM applications using Java-based frameworks.
