Reporting to: CFO

We are seeking an experienced incumbent to spearhead our technology function across applications,

data analytics, automation, SAP and IT infrastructure. This role will be central in driving digital

transformation, ensuring business continuity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the

organization. The incumbent will partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and

maintain robust technology solutions aligned with business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in IT, with exposure to SAP, analytics, development, and IT

infrastructure.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional technology projects.

• Strong vendor management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in manufacturing/consumer goods industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology & IT Infrastructure

• Oversee IT hardware, networking, and infrastructure requirements across multiple sites

including manufacturing unit.

• Ensure data security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance with IT policies.

• Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment, services, and AMC contracts.

2. SAP & Business Applications

• Lead implementation, customization, and support for SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO,

etc.) in collaboration with business stakeholders/ SAP implementation partner.

• Ensure system uptime, resolve issues, and manage integrations with other tools.

• Drive adoption and training for SAP and other enterprise applications.3. Development & Automation

• Build and oversee in-house tools, dashboards, and solutions to automate business

workflows.

• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into tech-enabled solutions.

• Ensure scalability and robustness of developed applications.

• Evaluate and implement AI driven solutions to increase productivity across processes

4. Data & Analytics

• Lead the analytics roadmap, ensuring accurate data capture, reporting, and visualization

across functions.

• Build and manage BI dashboards for sales, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, other

functions.

• Support leadership with insights for data driven decision-making.

5. Team & Governance

• Build and mentor a small IT & analytics team.

• Define IT governance, SOPs, and policies for technology usage and security.

• Implement necessary policies and procedures to secure the IT environment.

• Manage budgets, annual IT plans, and cost optimization initiatives
