Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans to achieve profitable sales targets and securing higher-value deals. This role is critical in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client business objectives, and effectively presenting our offerings against competitors.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic plans to achieve profitable sales targets and secure higher-value deals.
- Create and communicate sales goals, keeping C-level executives informed on the progress of those goals.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their business objectives and needs.
- Articulate value-based propositions through presentations and proposals effectively.
- Pre-emptively identify and address any issues within accounts due to market conditions or changes in client leadership.
- Collaborate closely with customers and the operations team to ensure effective growth for each account and related projects.
- Understand industry-specific trends, gather market intelligence, and map out the competitive landscape; travel is expected.
- Prepare action plans at an individual service level to enhance market visibility in India and globally.
- Continuously improve sales processes and operations.
Qualifications
- Graduation or MBA with a major in Sales and Marketing.
- Selling and deal-making experience in the outsourcing industry is preferred.
- A strong personal network that can be leveraged for business opportunities.
- Go-getter mindset with a solid industry outlook.
- Excellent articulation, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
- Capability to communicate and portray various aspects of services and products effectively.
- Proven collaborative skills working across multiple service lines, marketing teams, and practice leaders.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in handling C-level executives.
- Familiarity with competitive analysis and market research.
Experience
Relevant experience in sales, specifically in the outsourcing industry, would be beneficial.
