Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Marketplace Ads Manager to drive profitable growth across leading marketplaces including Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other emerging platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketplace advertising campaigns while managing ad budgets and improving key business metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across marketplaces including Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage advertising budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while maintaining profitability.
  • Monitor and optimize key marketplace metrics including ROAS, Advertising Cost of Sale (ACOS), Total Advertising Cost of Sale (TACOS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Conversion Rate, and Sales.
  • Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, campaign structuring, and listing-level advertising improvements.
  • Drive product discoverability, improve organic rankings, and increase marketplace revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with category, marketplace, supply chain, and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor competitor advertising strategies, pricing trends, and category performance to identify new opportunities.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new advertising features, and marketplace best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketplace Advertising.
  • Strong experience with Amazon Ads is mandatory.
  • Experience managing campaigns on Flipkart Ads, Nykaa Ads, Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Instamart Ads, or similar marketplace platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace advertising metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and profitability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage advertising budgets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Prior experience in D2C, Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or Consumer brands will be preferred.

  • Candidates from fast-growing D2C brands with proven marketplace advertising experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing sizeable marketplace advertising budgets with measurable improvements in revenue and profitability.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Marketplace Advertising.
