You will lead a team of counselors and Business-to-Lead (BTL).&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> ● Your goal will be to build a high-performance sales team, develop effective&nbsp;<br /> sales&nbsp;<br /> ● strategies, and ensure consistent business growth.&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;Roles &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> ● Lead and motivate the team of counselors and telecallers, setting clear sales&nbsp;<br /> targets and KPIs to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.&nbsp;<br /> ● Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies to optimize lead&nbsp;<br /> conversion rates and achieve enrollment targets.&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance&nbsp;<br /> evaluations, providing coaching and training to enhance the team sales&nbsp;<br /> skills.&nbsp;<br /> ● Continuously improve the sales process, identifying areas for enhancement,&nbsp;<br /> and implementing streamlined approaches for greater efficiency.&nbsp;<br /> ● Oversee the management of customer relationships, ensuring a high level of&nbsp;<br /> customer satisfaction and retention.&nbsp;<br /> ● Maximizing the conversion of leads into enrollments.&nbsp;<br /> ● Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing&nbsp;<br /> campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.&nbsp;<br /> ● Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other&nbsp;<br /> key metrics,&nbsp;<br /> ● providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.&nbsp;<br /> ● Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory&nbsp;<br /> requirements within the center sales operations. Mentor and teach the&nbsp;<br /> content to ensure that the learners are interview ready.&nbsp;<br /> ● Understand the subject and develop courses to help learners meet high&nbsp;<br /> standards.&nbsp;<br /> ● Understand the content development process; work with educational content&nbsp;<br /> across all levels.&nbsp;<br /> ● Work closely with senior faculty, freelancers and global industry leaders.&nbsp;<br /> Skills Required&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Graduates/Post-Graduates with:&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> ● Proven experience (at least 5-6 years) in sales management, preferably in the&nbsp;<br /> education or related industry.&nbsp;<br /> ● Strong sales leadership skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding&nbsp;<br /> sales targets.&nbsp;</div>
