Job Summary

The Client Relationship Manager plays a critical role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with the company's products and services. This position is vital for strategic planning and execution, driving business growth, and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives.
  • Engage with clients regularly to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Conduct strategic planning for existing accounts while serving as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between clients and the organization.
  • Generate requirements from both new and existing clients and be responsible for lead generation.
  • Manage timely submissions of required information for end-client submissions and follow up on the progress of submittals.
  • Guide and motivate team members in sourcing, screening profiles, and engaging with candidates to maintain a high shortlist-to-interview ratio.
  • Gather information on key stakeholders, conduct meetings, and interact with clients daily to fulfill immediate opportunities.
  • Drive results and efficiency, meet sales targets in terms of clients acquired and Master Service Agreements (MSA) signed.
  • Ensure invoicing accuracy, manage collections, and streamline processes to enhance business relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in client management within the IT staffing or IT services industry, specifically in staff augmentation.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of contract staffing.
  • Self-driven and motivated with a strong desire to achieve success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated stability in previous positions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in developing new businesses across various verticals and geographies.
  • Strong team management and people management capabilities.

Experience

  • 10 to 17 years of relevant experience in client management and sales within the IT staffing or services sector.
