Role overview:

The Program Manager will own the end‑to‑end design and execution of Mesa’s flagship programs for early‑career professionals and founders.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and run academic and co‑curricular programs, including classes, projects, and industry sessions.
• Work with founders, CXOs, and startup leaders to design learning experiences and guest sessions.
• Track learner progress and outcomes, using data to improve program quality and completion.
• Coordinate across admissions, placements, marketing, and operations to deliver a great student experience.
• Document processes, build playbooks, and continuously improve how programs are delivered.

Required qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a similar execution‑heavy role.
• Strong ownership mindset and bias for action; comfortable running complex projects end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work from our Bengaluru campus in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
