<div>Required Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in investment banking, PE/VC or corporate M&A,Buy side, financial modelling.</div>
<div>Roles & Responsibilities include:</div>
<div>• Assist in strategy discussions<br />
• Extensive research to identify targets<br />
• Reaching out to targets to introduce Atria and take forward discussions<br />
• Deal Evaluation<br />
• Assist in term sheet preparation<br />
• Financial modelling<br />
• Assist in board note preparation<br />
• Coordinate due diligence<br />
• Assist in fundraising and <br />
• Assist in negotiations & coordinate post signing activities</div>
<div>Minimum Qualification: MBA (full time)/ Chartered Accountant/ chartered financial analyst, Post graduate </div>
<div>Work Location: Bengaluru</div>
