Required Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in investment banking, PE/VC or corporate M&A,Buy side, financial modelling.

Roles & Responsibilities include:

•    Assist in strategy discussions
•    Extensive research to identify targets
•    Reaching out to targets to introduce Atria and take forward discussions
•    Deal Evaluation
•    Assist in term sheet preparation
•    Financial modelling
•    Assist in board note preparation
•    Coordinate due diligence
•    Assist in fundraising and 
•    Assist in negotiations & coordinate post signing activities

Minimum Qualification: MBA (full time)/ Chartered Accountant/ chartered financial analyst, Post graduate 

Work Location: Bengaluru
