Job Summary
We are seeking a result-oriented and self-motivated professional for the role of Area Manager – Cross Sell. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage loans through Direct Sales Teams (DST), connectors, and direct channels, including branch and tele-sales leads. The role will also focus on cross-selling other financial products to existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Source LAP/Mortgage loans through Direct Sales Team (DST), connectors, and branch-generated leads.
- Utilize tele-sales leads, walk-ins, and existing customer base to generate business.
- Drive cross-sell by pitching relevant loan products (e.g., Personal Loan, Business Loan) to LAP/Mortgage customers.
- Engage with internal teams, including branches and tele-calling units for lead generation and conversions.
- Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursement of files.
- Track and report performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory norms.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in LAP/Mortgage sales.
- Hands-on experience in direct sourcing through DST, connectors, and direct channels.
- Proven ability to cross-sell loan products.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of secured loan documentation and process.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of market dynamics in the loan sector.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements pertaining to mortgage lending.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing sales leads and customer relationships.
