Agvaya is India’s first dedicated agro-sector consulting firm, founded by senior industry leaders and ex–Big 4 experts. The firm works with mid-to-large enterprises (₹1,000–5,000 Cr) on strategy, operations, governance, and pre-IPO readiness.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Chief of Staff who can independently lead client discussions, solve complex business problems, and work closely with the Co-founders on high-impact strategic initiatives.
Client acquisition is not part of the role. You will work on clients already onboarded by the partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and manage end-to-end project delivery
• Understand business problems and build actionable solutions
• Work across areas such as business expansion, process redesign, supply chain improvement, and pre-IPO readiness
• Prepare strategic documents, presentations, and recommendations
• (CoS track) Support COO and founders in internal strategy, operations, and special projects

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of consulting/strategy experience (Big 4 experience a plus, not mandatory)
• Strong client-facing skills and structured problem-solving ability
• High ownership, maturity, and comfort in a founder-driven environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Open to candidates from any industry background
