Job Title – D2C Manager Reports to – Associate Director – D2C Primary Location – Mumbai Our Mission : We know that being healthy isn’t easy. Avoiding screens isn’t easy. Job Purpose : This is a unique opportunity to work with a high growth D2C startup to help shape our online sales and presence. You will be responsible for the D2C - P&L & Operations Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for brand website P&L (revenue, margins, profitability), and D2C operations (front-end + backend) along with tech and external partners • Own the growth function for D2C in terms of website CRO and enhancing the customer experience; Both acquisition and retention • Work closely with the performance marketing teams to drive quality audience to the website through paid (SEM, SMM, Influencer) and organic sources (SEO, referrals, etc.) • Drive retention and CRM initiatives, customer experience and revenue generation through non-performance marketing channels • Own the reporting and analysis for D2C channel: website analytics, product-market fit, pricing, monthly business pulse, etc • Top notch category management to ensure that channel has right assortment of products • Good control over content and creative with the ability to work well with marketing teams to define and guide the input and output Required Education, Experience and Skills : • 1-3 years of experience as Digital Marketer, Growth Manager, Category Manager, etc • Strong stakeholder management skills as role will need coordination with multiple touchpoints (agency, e-com team, brand-com team etc) • Strong understanding the D2C Tech Stack (Shopify, WebEngage, WABA, Google Analytics etc) and ad-platforms etc, with hands on experience • Strong understanding and experience of working with Google Analytics, A/B Testing tools and CRM • Very strong data driven approach and first principle thinking
