Job Summary
A skilled D365 CE DevOps Engineer is required to support the design, implementation, and management of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, release automation, and infrastructure for our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform. This role blends DevOps best practices with Microsoft Power Platform knowledge to ensure smooth development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Automate release processes and infrastructure management using Azure DevOps.
- Maintain and improve source control for Power Platform solutions with effective Git branching strategies.
- Collaborate with agile/scrum delivery teams to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Monitor up-time and performance of deployed solutions, ensuring smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and optimize deployment and integration scenarios within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (either online or on-premises).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, and Boards.
- Strong expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, YAML, and preferably Azure CLI.
- Understanding of Dataverse, custom connectors, and integration scenarios.
- Familiarity with the Power Platform CLI, Solution Packager, and ALM best practices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, environment strategies, and API limitations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other components of the Power Platform (such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).
- Familiarity with various Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
- Possession of Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, AZ-400, MB-600) is a plus.
- Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
Experience
- 7-12 years of relevant experience in DevOps roles, specifically targeting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Environment
- Locations: Bangalore, Gurgaon, or Chennai.
- Work setting may include a combination of in-office and remote work.
Salary
- Maximum Cost to Company (CTC): 30 LPA.
