So basically shemaroo wants a candidate having hands on experience in ERP implementation specifically Oracle Netsuit. 
They want someone having total experience of 8-10 years in given skill set. Apart from this someone having experience in handling a team of 5-6 members. 
CA is must for this role. This role will be reporting to Head of finance operations.
