Technical Delivery Lead (Solution Architect)

Job Summary

As the Technical Delivery Lead (Solution Architect) for our SaaS platform, you will drive enterprise-grade implementations for Fortune 500 clients including Unilever, Apple, and Koch. In this deeply technical and delivery-focused role, you will manage system design, client integration, secure deployments, and stakeholder alignment. You will serve as the technical face of delivery, interfacing with engineering, product, client IT, and infosec teams to ensure robust architecture, effective solution planning, and smooth go-live execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Implementations: Spearhead technical delivery and solution architecture for large enterprise clients.
• System and Integration Design: Develop and document integration architecture including authentication flows, data exchange mechanisms, and custom workflows.
• Client Engagement: Own technical discussions with clients on topics such as SSO, security, APIs, scalability, and deployment strategies.
• Technical Documentation: Create and present clear architecture diagrams, deployment models, and detailed implementation plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal pods (product, engineering, QA, DevOps) to ensure cohesive design and successful delivery.
• Project Management: Drive technical discovery, scope definition, effort estimation, and Statement of Work (SOW) drafting while managing multiple projects and client expectations.
• Standardization & Best Practices: Establish best practices for architecture, develop delivery playbooks, and design reusable solution patterns.

Qualifications

• Extensive Technical Solutioning: 6+ years of experience in technical solutioning, architecture, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
• API & Integration Expertise: Deep understanding of APIs, system integration, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML) as well as secure data design.
• Client-Facing Experience: Minimum 3 years in a client-facing technical delivery or enterprise consulting role.
• Hands-On Development Background: At least 3 years of direct experience in backend development (e.g., Ruby, Node.js, Python, or Java).
• Technical Leadership: 2+ years in a leadership role with a focus on DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or platform engineering.
• Integration Systems Knowledge: Experience integrating with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERPs, and Identity Providers.
• Cloud & Deployment Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and various deployment practices (multi-tenant, hybrid, on-prem).

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise Consulting: Proven track record in delivering complex projects that require cross-functional coordination.
• Security & Compliance: Prior experience ensuring compliance with enterprise security protocols (SOC 2, ISO, GDPR, etc.) during project delivery.
• Technical Documentation: Ability to produce detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and articulate technical trade-offs effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in project and stakeholder management within agile environments.
• Advanced Communication: Ability to lead technical discussions with both developers and executive-level stakeholders (CXOs).

Experience

• 6+ years in technical solutioning, architecture, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
• 3+ years in client-facing technical delivery or technical consulting roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role with responsibility for DevOps/SRE/platform engineering.
