Your Key Responsibilities:
● Hands-on development: analyse product specifications, design implementations, write code and rapidly deliver
features
● Lead product development for the next generation of challenges, including very high capacity, guaranteed
availability, and mass market usability without compromising the quality.
● Mentor a team of Software engineers and Lead end-to-end development for large-scale applications.
● Work closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of product delivery.
● Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome
products.
● Analysing business requirements, story-boards and similar artifacts of the scrum process, work in an agile
development environment with a quick turnaround time and iterative builds.
● Define and manage Technical Roadmap, own the entire product delivery end to end.
● Drive high-level architectural decisions and designs based on business priorities and requirement. Improve, optimise
and identify opportunities for efficient software development processes Promote and support company policies,
procedures, mission, values, standards of ethics and integrity.

What To Bring:
● Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ yrs. of experience building scalable
eCommerce applications.
● Strong in Core Java, Spring Boot, Go Lang, REST services, Node. JS back-end runtime environment, React UI
development track record.
● A good understanding of CS Fundamentals, Data Structures, Algorithms and Problem solving.
● Expertise in SaaS application development. Expertise in product and project management space with Agile
methodologies.
● Solid Experience in developing scalable Event driven applications.
