Job Summary
The IT Recruiter Domestic plays a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent within the Information Technology sector. This role is essential for ensuring the organization has qualified IT professionals to maintain operational efficiency and drive technological advancements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to attract qualified IT candidates domestically.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and organized records of candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings in the IT sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruiting or related field.
- Strong understanding of the IT job market and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience
