Senior Production Manager – Events & Exhibitions

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager for Events & Exhibitions at Lalit Art Studio. The ideal candidate will independently manage and execute event and exhibition projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination among clients, design teams, production units, vendors, and on-site staff. This role is critical to delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective event solutions that meet client expectations and uphold the company’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle including planning, production, on-site execution, and project closure.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, designers, production teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Oversee vendor management, including negotiations, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain high-quality standards during site execution.
• Supervise stall fabrication, installation, setup, and dismantling processes.
• Address on-site challenges, technical issues, and last-minute changes promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to quality and timeline commitments.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in events, exhibitions, fabrication, or experiential marketing industries.
• Strong knowledge of stall fabrication, materials, production processes, and site execution.
• Established vendor network, preferably in Delhi and Mumbai regions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
• Educational qualifications typically expected include a bachelor’s degree in event management, production management, marketing, or a related field.
