Analyst-II Business Process
Job Summary
The Analyst-II Business Process plays a crucial role in the administration of London Market Insurance Policies. This position is responsible for ensuring that service level agreements and productivity targets are met while contributing to process improvements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the policy administration of London Market Insurance Policies.
- Perform regular standard tasks with the opportunity to vary work sequencing.
- Meet Service Level Agreements and productivity targets.
- Identify process efficiencies and contribute to improvements.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Candidates must possess good communication skills.
- Well-versed in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Open to work from the office as needed.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- PC literacy with basic knowledge of MS Office and email skills.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills are preferable.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the insurance industry or related fields would be a plus.
Experience
- Relevant experience in business process analysis or a similar role is preferred.
Environment
- The position is based in Bangalore/Noida and requires working in an in-office setting.
Salary
- Estimated salary range: ₹430,000.
