Order Processing Executive (Myntra/Nykaa/Cred/Website Orders) - JD

Key Responsibilities:- Manage order processing for Myntra, Nykaa, Cred, and brand website platforms

.- Monitor and execute orders based on platform-specific cutoff times and SLAs.

- Ensure accuracy in order picking, invoicing, and packing.

- Reconcile daily orders - processed, pending, and cancelled

.- Communicate with warehouse and CS teams for timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce order processing.- Strong understanding of order cutoff timings and platform SLAs.-

Experience in working with OMS/WMS (Increff preferred).-

Previous exposure to D2C brand operations is a plus.- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.-

Knowledge of Increff WMS software will be an added advantage
